  1. In making this Equal Opportunities Umbrella statement we have researched statements from different Local Authorities and Social Care Health Statutory Bodies.
    The Equal Opportunities document should be a dynamic document that grows and develops with ICCM.
  2. “ICCM Ltd will require that in all its workings and including each person acting on our behalf that no individual is unfairly disadvantaged on the grounds of race, gender, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, social class or religion.” 
  3. The statement is a requirement for all staff but also is intended to be a basis for all of our work with anyone using the services provided by ICCM.
